Michael Munger (Libertarian)

One of Munger's big issues is forced annexation of property, which is a common occurance in North Carolina. He has very sensible and responsible policies on many other issues. While he supports the practice in principle, he acknowledges serious faults in the NC criminal justice system that he believes to warrant a 2-year moratorium on capital punishment. His education program encourages charter schools, and supports vouchers while keeping a floor on public school spending to protect its funding.
